At Swoon, we hope to create a unique experiential space where you feel comfortable, safe, and a little bit transported.

To us, hospitality is about giving you a few hours outside your normal life. You walk into a space that feels special, the décor and music wrap around you, the staff takes care of you, and you enjoy something you might not pour or prepare for yourself at home. It is a small, luxurious indulgence.

Books offer that same kind of escape. They carry you into other lives and other worlds, and for a while you get to set your own worries down. Swoon brings those experiences together. We want to be the place you think about during a long workday, the place you look forward to visiting when you have a pocket of time to take care of yourself.

Swoon is a fusion of two great loves, books and wine; a romantic bookstore and wine bar designed for people to slow down, savor something beautiful, and feel completely at home.

We specialize in books that center pleasure, emotion, and connection. Our shelves highlight contemporary, historical, queer, YA, and other romance-forward titles while our bar boasts a thoughtful selection of sommelier-selected wines, delicately crafted cocktails, and small bites from local partners.

Swoon is designed as a third space for all who wish to feel welcomed, seen, and connected. A place to linger, meet up with friends, discover a new favorite author, or enjoy a quiet solo date with a glass of wine and a book that makes your heart race.
